Since last years 50th Reunion, we had continued to lose classmates and family.  I personally feel that the friendships we started 62 years ago should be maintained.  Last years reunion brought several people to tears as they found out that their friendship meant so very much to someone else.  We can't afford to lose someone else before we say to them what we feel.  This year many of our classmates have experiences ill health.

I really hope that those of you that live in Vincennes come by for a smile, a hug and I'll buy you a cold one!  Let's set a standard for the Class of 60 to live up to.  You know those kids won't know how to do it!!

HEY, EVERYONE--I WISH I COULD LIVE THERE & HERE, BUT GOD CHOSE TO NOT MAKE ME TWINS.  I DEFINITELY HAVE 2 HOMES, THO, AND I MISS ALL OF YOU BETWEEN VISITS.  AT MY AGE FEW CAN SAY THEY ARE 100 % HEALTHY AND I AM NO EXCEPTION.  BUT EMOTIONALLY, I AM CLOSE TO THE BEST EVER.  I HAVE JUST RECONNECTED WITH 2 OF THE DEAREST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, AND BEEN INFORMED GENE'S GRDTR IS EXPECTING.  I ALREADY HAVE 3 STEP-GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, SO THIS WILL MAKE 4.  AND SINCE THEY ARE ALL SO DEAR TO ME, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE THAN BLOOD RELATIONS!  I LOST MY OLDEST BROTHER, RALPH, A WHILE AGO, AND I MISS HIM.  BUT HE WAS RIGHT WITH THE LORD AND UNAFRAID TO GO HOME TO HIM!  however, selfish human that i am, i would love to have had him forever.  I MENTION HIM BECAUSE I KNOW SOME OF YOU OR YOUR SIBS KNEW HIM.   STEVE, I WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK WITH YOUR SURGERY.  I BELONG TO A SENIOR GROUP (60 YRS & OLDER TO JOIN).  THERE'S SEVERAL HUNDRED OF US AND AT LEAST 100 OF US ARE TOGETHER 5 DAYS A WK.  WE ALWAYS HAVE PRAYER FOR SICKNESS, SADNESS, RECOVERY AND JOY AT ABOUT 1 P.M.  I WILL TOSS YOUR NAME IN THE HAT TODAY!  IT IS NON-DENOMINATIONAL, BUT WE ARE LED IN PRAYER BY A RETIRED NUN WHO WAS A SCHOOL TEACHER.  SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.  I'M NOT CATHOLIC, BUT I WOULD VOTE FOR HER FOR SAINTHOOD IF I OUTLIVE HER!  SEPTEMBER 25 IS GENE'S BIRTHDAY.  HE FEELS ALMOST AS CONNECTED TO Y'ALL AS I DO BECAUSE HE HAS TO HEAR ABOUT YOU ALMOST DAILY--JUST LITTLE MENTIONS.  I'M NOT SPENDING ALL MY TIME IN THE PAST, YET!(LOL).  REMEMBER HIM AS YOU CELEBRATE, PLEASE.

I LIKE THIS & HOPE SOME OF YOU WILL, TOO--THE 6 YR OLD DRAGGED OUT THE WORLD GLOBE AND SPUN IT IN FRONT OF HIS 3 YR. OLD SISTER, TO GIVE HER HER 1ST GEOGRAPHY LESSON.  POINTING TO A PLACE HE PROCLAIMS:  SEE THESE BROWN SPOTS?  THEY ARE VERY OLD!   (END OF LESSON)  I'M SURE HE WILL GROW UP TO BE A PROFESSOR!

OUR BELOVED SAINTS DID IT AGAIN---WHO DAT

LOVE Y'ALL AND HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!---D

All,

Just wanted to thank all of  you for all your prayers and concerns for me.  My MRI showed great results today.  I went to the Radiation doctor and he said the tumor on my Spinal cord and Brain Stem was shrinking!  Praise the Lord.

Also my brain tumor, they have been watching, is STABLE- no growth!

Next MRI in May!   I am so thankful for a few months of living life at the best I can, without so much stress and worry.

Keep me in your prayers as I do for each of you!

Margie,  Remember Jesus loves you and so do I
