Frank Conrad was one of the nicest individuals that I've ever met. He was a classmate at Central Catholic with my father in law. He always had a nice story to share. As long as he was teaching, I would stop by Lincoln when I was home and he almost always had me talk with his class. My last memory of him was several years ago on a homecoming float, we saw him on the side of the street a block before Lincoln. I jumped off of the wagon and ran over and gave him a big hug. He was so warm. I tried to get him to ride with us, but to no avail. I had to run two blocks to catch up with the wagon!! (I did say it was several years ago!) A great man and a friend to all of the class of 59!
